You can help your body and mind by supporting it with the right foods and drinks so that you give yourself the best chance to be calm, peaceful and happy. 

Eating foods that will help your body to be not acidic but alkaline will also help your body to achieve a state of equilibrium.

Lesson 5: Supplements that help

Supplements have been an essential part of feeling clear headed and calm during the day but also to sleep well. In this lesson, I will teach you about which supplements are the most helpful.
